FULL BODY STRENGTH
This program typically takes anywhere from 45mins to 1hr. It's a bodybuilding style program that targets one body part, in a HIIT Style manner. You'll hit your shoulders, chest, bicep, back, tricep and so on. Great way to get a serious pump and gains.
