DAILY DB

This program is challenging & only requires a set of dumbbells and a jump rope each day. If you're a mom or dad, have limited time, or travel a lot, then this is the program for you

BOOTY WORK

This one is for the ladies. A strong emphasis on the lower body as well as the hot n sexy abs and some cardio with an often conditioning piece. Usually about an hour long as well. Great for all the sexy ladies trying to build that 🍑

BODY WORK

Inspired during the Covid-19 pandemic. This program requires no equipment, just a matter of some creativity. Fun and quick and effective workouts, like you've never seen or experienced before

FULL BODY STRENGTH

This program typically takes anywhere from 45mins to 1hr. It's a bodybuilding style program that targets one body part, in a HIIT Style manner. You'll hit your shoulders, chest, bicep, back, tricep and so on. Great way to get a serious pump and gains.
